1. Infrared radiant heater
Infrared radiant heater is a heating system，which the power is
electricity and the heating way is infrared radiating to heat.
The product has many characteristics, such as well energy-saving,
environmental protection, heat installation, convenient use, and
etc. And infrared rays generated by the product have good physical
therapy and health protection to people. It’s extensively applied
to various civil buildings, offices, villa, schools, industrial
buildings and military facilities, etc.
Nieo Heater King—infrared radiant heater can be used together
with temperature controller to form infrared radiant heating system.
According to different requirements, the temperature in each room
can be freely adjusted. Similar to electric refrigerator in power
saving, this product is also provided with intelligent On/Off
system. In addition, infrared radiant heater is equipped with
heat accumulator inside to accumulate heat while emitting heat.
When the indoor temperature reaches the preset temperature, the
heating system will automatic stop and the heat accumulator begins
to emit heat so as maintain the preset temperature for a long
time, saving energy and power. The heater gives out no light,
no smell or wind during working.

Our main product Nieo Heater King, a hi-tech infrared radiant heater
adopts the principle of sun heating the earth to transform electric

1. Product performance:
Nieo Heater King—infrared radiant heater is the high-efficiency
and energy-saving high-tech heating equipment that uses electricity
as the energy and transmits heat through infrared radiation. The
product has many characteristics, such as rapid temperature rise,
convenient installation, safe use, well energy-saving and environmental
protection, etc. And infrared rays generated by the product have
good physical therapy and health protection to people.
2. Product structure:
The heating element of the product is carbon-ceramic heating unit
processed by carbon-ceramic technology; with electricity-heat transformation
rate of 99.9%. The front face of heating unit adopts finned radiant
panel with plasma-oxidic spraying surface that can form plasma infrared
radiant layer. The rear surface is covered with high-efficiency
energy-storing materials to make the infrared radiant rate of the
product reach over 85% and reach international-advanced level. Besides,
the supportable cooperating with light fixture of product can make
the lightening and heating of room uniform and harmonious.
3. Technical characteristics:
(1) Energy conservation: Because the product has high heat efficiency
and is combined with temperature controller to control indoor temperature
with high energy and heat storage, it can conserve energy with maximum
limit.
(2) Environmental protection: Since the product uses electricity
as the energy, it doesn’t generate waste water, waste gas or produce
floating dust, which makes the room have uniform temperature and
clean air.
(3) Save resources: No coal-storage yard, slag-draining yard or

6. The use of temperature controller:
Temperature controller has two functions, making and breaking heating
system and regulating temperature. The users can regulate the controller
according to the need. The temperature controller can be set at
10~15℃ (temperature on duty) when nobody is in the room to ensure
that the room has good heat storage. If nobody lives in the room
for a long time, the temperature controller can be turned off, but
the temperature in washroom and kitchen should be set at 10℃ to
ensure that the water pipe isn’t frozen.
7. Installation method:
Determine the location of installing infrared radiant heater (see
Figure 1). Make hanging panel be fixed and connected with the ceiling
and wall through the expansion bolt (refer to drawing 3). Then connect
infrared radiant heater with hanging panel, install the two ends
in turn with fixing screw being tight down.

The cross-section area of power wire and earth wire of heater
shouldn’t be less than 2.5mm2.
10. Attention:
(1) Radiant heater shouldn’t be covered by anything at the front
face.
(2) The distance from the back of radiant heater to the ceiling
shouldn’t be less than 60mm.
(3) When installing radiant heater on the wall, the angle of inclination
should be reserved and be set according to physical circumstances.
